We collect simple details regarding your lifestyle, occupation, etc. to aid us in connecting you with only relevant surveys. The questions are categorized into simple themes such as Household, Occupation, Travel, etc.. With each profile section that you finish, you receive 2-5 Zippy Points. Also, keeping these profiles up-to-date ensures that a higher number of surveys land in your dashboard. You can earn a maximum of 60 Zippy Points by completing your profile. Please note: We do not ask for personal details such as your bank account number or other government IDs.

To maximize the value of your Zippy membership, we have quick polls. Quick polls appear in your dashboard, 3 times per week at random times. Each poll stays on your dashboard for 24 hours before disappearing. The quick polls have no eligibility criteria, meaning everyone who answers receives a bonus of 1 Zippy point per poll.
